Mission:
Be the first and last point of contact to all clients coming into our salon.
First impressions are everything, so making clients feel comfortable and welcome from the second they walk in is a must! This is a supportive roll, so you will be helping by support our service providers and round out the client experience to ensure they feel absolutely amazing coming in to us!
Responsibilities:
Support the service providers by checking clients in and out.
Contacting clients by phone and text to follow up and confirm appointments Help close product sales as recommended by the service providers.
Recommend and sell memberships and packages to clients Sign up 2-4 new members a week Help the salon maintain an 80% pre-booking rate Maintain and clean salon as needed to include the reception area, hallway, and bathroom Requirements:
Be able to lift up to 30 pounds Be able to communicate effectively via phone, in person, and text/email Use computers and/or iPads with ease Be able to work at least 1 weekend day per week and some evenings.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
