We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager specializing in Geotechnical Construction.
This position is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to take the lead in managing complex geotechnical construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from initial project conception and planning through design, construction, and project close-out.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of geotechnical construction projects, including but not limited to planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct cost estimation and financial analysis for proposed projects, providing strategic recommendations based on financial data.
Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
Oversee drilling, shoring, and ground improvement operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.
Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary, ensuring that project specifications and quality standards are met.
Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on geotechnical construction.
Proven experience in drilling, shoring, and ground improvement.
Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation techniques and financial analysis.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
