M&A Engagement Manager / Director - West Coast

M&A (Merger & Acquisition) Engagement Manager - (Manager/Sr. Manager/Directors) - West Coast Our client is a major multi-$BB management consulting firm seeking to add several individuals to their Strategy/Transformation Practice at the Engagement Manager level. This individual will be  responsible for the planning, execution and management of transformation engagements at  the firm's clients. He/she coordinates the work of the consulting firm and client team members for typically one project. This individual will be accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. They will be responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project. Responsibilities of Role:  o Coordinate project timeline with her/his team(s) to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfaction. o Manage overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project. o Report project level status, metrics, issues and risks and manage overall completion and sign-off on project deliverables. o Lead and manage small teams conducting transformational projects, implementing business process improvements, or implementing ERP systems for our clients o Conduct workshops (e.g.requirements, gathering, solution architecting) with business managers.     Work with client staff and end-users to determine the business and functional requirements for the system within an ERP solution.  o Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations. o Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data   analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement. o Configure the SAP system to meet the business requirements.  o Provide leadership and guidance to other analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects. o Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.   Qualifications: o Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives. o At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module   implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) o A minimum of eight (8) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience o At least three (3) years' experience in proposal and business case development o Global ERP Implementation experienceworking with multi-national companies in multi-cultural   environments is a plus o Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline required o Willingness to travel 100%   Requirements:         Mergers Acquisitions and Divestiture background such as Due-Diligence (Cost Benefit Analysis, Operating Model, Roadmap, Program Management), 2) Integration (technology & functional) - Consolidation, Harmonization, Rationalization, Optimization         Must have a minimum of 2-3 M&A projects         ERP/CRM/SCM and Solution background (SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, any other leading ERPs)         Candidates MUST have BIG 4 or leading consulting firms (IBM, Oracle, SAP, etc.).         Good functional/process background in areas such as finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, and industry background; a broad range of industry experience is preferred, single industry experience is not sufficient.         Strong communication skills with an ability to work independently and engage at executive level         Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)         Graduate degree in business or technology from a reputed university
Salary Range: $156K - $325K

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
